What "specialized" actually means for basement waterproofing at our company — not a marketing word, a set of specific practices.
Our crews are licensed and insured specifically for below-grade water intrusion work, not general handyman repairs dressed up as waterproofing.
Our regional units carry sump pumps, extraction gear, and injection resin on the truck so the first visit can also be the fix, not just the estimate.
No mid-job upcharges for discovering what a camera inspection would have caught on day one; the quote accounts for what we actually find.
Infrared imaging catches wall assemblies holding moisture behind drywall that a visual walkthrough alone would miss entirely.
Each service below is scoped specifically to basement waterproofing, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.
A perimeter drain tile channel sits below the slab along the footing, collecting groundwater before it can push through the wall-floor joint and routing it to a dedicated sump basin. Every basin includes a check valve and a sealed lid to keep radon and moisture from re-entering the finished space.
We relieve that pressure at the source with a combination of interior weep systems and, where grading allows, exterior drainage correction. Left unaddressed, hydrostatic pressure doesn't just cause seepage — it can bow block walls over time.
Wider or stair-step cracks get evaluated for structural movement first — injecting resin into a crack that's still actively moving just delays the real fix. We photograph and log every crack before and after treatment for your records.
We install water-sensing alarms and battery backup pumps that kick in automatically the moment the primary unit loses power or can't keep pace with inflow. Some clients add a cellular notification module so they get an alert on their phone, not just a beeping alarm in an empty house.
Even a basement without active leaks can push enough vapor through concrete to feed mold growth behind finished walls over time.
Four steps, start to finish — from your first phone call to a dry, warrantied basement.
We ask a few diagnostic questions up front so the technician arrives already knowing whether to expect an interior or exterior issue.
Arrival windows are communicated up front and updated by text if traffic or an active emergency ahead of you changes the timeline.
Quotes are itemized by system component so you can approve exactly the scope you want, nothing bundled in without your sign-off.
We schedule a follow-up check after the next significant rain event to confirm the system is performing as designed.
